Hi there guys

We are planning on holding a reception for you (as Jakes says) this is likely to be in Red Cafe in the centre of Biarritz but we are also looking at the possibility of organising an outing (possibly to a 'Cidrerie') however we could really do with knowing the numbers travelling over from Connaught and the dates so we can work out what date / time to suggest. Would it be possible to send me an email (windsor@godirectmarketing.co.uk) or post it on here.

If you also know of others travelling who do not post on this site but might be up for an excursion, please either pass on my email address or post on here yourselves.

Currently I am one of 38 Aupa BO supporters travelling over (arriving into Galway by bus from Dublin on the Thursday 6th circa 8.30pm we anticipate and travelling back early on the Sunday morning. We are staying at the Carlton Hotel Galway City.

Look forward to meeting as many as you both in Galway and in Biarritz.

I've also booked a hotel too for the two nights - Best Western Kemaris - www.kemaris.fr/en/biarritz-hotel-best-western.htm - and it worked out at 150 euro for the two nights for a double. Looking forward to it,

Same hotel booked, €150 for double for 2 nights Thur & Fri

Booked into this hotel as well, safety in numbers :P

I will not go to Ireland. Too much complicated, too expensively.

Jake

Can you think about organising a location where those of us (Connacht Supporters) arriving in Biarritz on Thursday evening can meet up with some of the Biarritz supporters.

Are you travelling to Galway yourself ??

Be sure to head into Bayonne though too, lovely town only fifteen minutes away. The Basque Museum on the Riverside is worth a visit if you're interested in getting a real feel for the locals. A lot of it will feel fairly familiar. Cathedral is worth a wee visit too, and there's a nice little creperie just outside too..

Jakes, or anybody else, how do I go about purchasing tickets for this game? I have looked on the Biarritz website but it's very difficult to navigate.

Is there any left of the Connacht allocation, and how do I get them? I live abroad, so am not a season ticket holder.
