Briefne, I am very calm at this moment in time, just getting my point across. These youngsters will be the backbone of Connacht rugby for the comming years so let's give them a break !!! I didn't hear any body slagging Gavin off for handling on the ground !!! now he is an experienced player, but his experience was bugger all use to the youngsters when he was in the bin !!!
Just trying to put things in perspective, no teddies thrown, just making the point.

Calm down, Greendragon.  Everyone has and is entitled to their own opinion here.  As for the players reaction to criticism...they're professionals and grown men.  It's not kids we're talking about here.  Take a deep breath and calm down.

Nikora is not yet fit so we have to play people who are!!!!! their confidence will be really high if they happen to read this forum !!! can't be doing with people who slag young players off !!!! Humphries missed five penalties in the first 30 minutes against the Blues (he is not a young but experienced player), he doesn,t get slated because they won the game. Had they lost it would have been a different story, Jarvis missed two,NOC was charged down, so what !! if we would have won the game then they would have been hero,s.
Stop bleating about the youngsters !!! they are on a learning curve the game was not lost by the penalty misses but the lack of drive going forward, when you put teams under pressure and tries go begging then you cannot blame your place kickers.

Dissapointing result. Seemed like another one of those games we could/should have won similar to Edinburgh away last year. Need to get over that loss quickly though Dragons will be a tough game next week. Injuries to Ah You and George are worrying.

Try back Niall O'Connor redeems himself. Could be something in this yet.

Game over with a turnover try. Disaster. Important to keep going and at least get something.

12-9 and we're on the ropes for most of this. In the champagne minutes now got to show some composure. C'mon lads, lets get there....

9-6 now. Hanging in there, sounds like a poor game though.

When can we abandon the Matthew Jarvis as points kicker experiment???  How many more crucial misses will it take?

There for his all around game, not just kicking. Wouldn't be a bad thing to have another option on the paddock also though...
