Hopefully we will hear something soon regarding match tickets. I think the best bet will be to go through the official allocation with Connacht Rugby? They are supposed to get 10%. 
They said they would give us advance notification, so stay tuned 😉

Would be very surprised as the cost of a charter is farily high due to parking a plane up for 2 days. Plenty of options to get to La Rochelle via Paris and train down as a lot of supporters are booking that at the moment

Any chance they might do a second charter? I never got the email...I know a good few still interested...

So the Charter sold out in about an hour yesterday. Great to see so much interest. 
We are working with Connacht Rugby on an away ticket allocation so to keep us all together. They will confirm this soon on the dates. Stay tuned.

Christmas time trains on sale in Sept, so perhaps October for January trains

The train from Nantes to La Rochelle is approx 1 hr 45.
Paris 3 hours via high speed 
Bordeaux 2 hrs 30. 

Looking at flying into either Nantes or Bordeaux very early on the Saturday morning.

However, I’m seeing total train journey times from the airports at closer to 3-4 hours range rather than 1.5.

Where are ye seeing such a short time by rail?

I'm on the 9.50 Dublin-CDG flight with Aer Lingus Friday 15th January, then the 16.10 Nantes-Dublin Ryanair flight Monday 18th.

A good few of us head out Friday Morning Dublin to Nantes and Back Nantes-Dublin Monday. 
Rail is good and about 1.25 hours from Airport to La Rochelle. 
The Ibis's are selling up pretty fast. 
We're out by the Veux Fort. 

Our Friend Nico has been in touch and the General Humberts is looking forward to having the Clan back again...

Its looks like either Ryanair Dub to Nantes or Aer Lingus Dub to Bordeux on the Friday and back Sunday are the only two realistic options. Both about an hour away from Rochelle. That or fly to Paris and do the 3/4 hour trip...

Anyone know how to get there in the winter time?  Would be a great trip to do.
