Whilst Montpellier haven't released the tickets for our match they are selling a 'Pack Europe' ticket for all 3 matches.
Has the clan looked at a block booking to get everyone in the same area for our match?

Air France/Hop via Paris (you might need to change from CDG to Orly), or KLM via Amsterdam are options from Dublin too.
there's around 10 flights a day from Paris to Montpelier, so ryanair to Beauvais, and then Air France/Hop onwards

There's another option to the two flights, fly direct Dublin to Barcelona and get the TGV (3hrs) from there to Montpellier. When i looked it up the prices were similar, maybe a little more expensive than the two flights.
We went with this option, flying Friday and returning on the Monday night as i'd prefer to spend 3hrs on a train with something to look at than being on a plane or hanging around airports. Going to take in some of the Barcelona sights on the Monday. Staying in the Ibis Centre (not Centre Comedie).

Montpellier is a 2 flight trip each way. Direct flights from Gatwick with Easyjet. There is the alternative method of the TGV from Paris which takes 3-4 hours.

Thinking about the trip too, it's a toss up between this and Ulster game at Christmas. I'll be coming from Scotland so Belfast is an easier trip as I can't see an easy way to get to Montpellier
Would probably prefer Montpellier though tbf

Going to make this trip! Some good advice there. What's the best way to get there? No direct flights I can see

Montpellier - dramatic enough landing into the airport as you approach from the Med etc. Stayed in Ibis Styles near Place De La Comedie which was decent. Fitzpatricks Irish Pub is just off the same square and showed the other Heineken matches when we were there. Easy enough to get to the ground, a good tram system which you can jump onto in the same square with a short walk at the end of line. In the ground, in the stands it is cash but in the area outside the stands you get a smart card and top it up etc. Tis a lovely city for a rugby weekend. Trinh-Duc has a bar just off the square - La Chistera.

Last year I went to Bordeaux and bought match tickets through Bordeauxs website in the run up to the game, it may work the same for Montpellier. As said already said here it's probably best to keep an eye here and you'll see more details as they come up.

Montpellier is a great choice, super city. Keep an eye on this section of the forum, as the season progresses there will be a main thread set up to coordinate information for each of the Champions Cup destinations. For sharing information about tckets, flights and hotels etc....

I'm after some advice please.
My husband follows Connacht rugby and gets to The Sportsground whenever he can, we live in the UK.
We would like to go to the Champions Cup match in Montpellier on 19th January.
What is the best way to get tickets? Ideally we would like to be with the Clan.
Many thanks.
