if you go here on your phone you should be able to pay the €10 for membership fee! If you have a card set up on you phone via applepay, you should be able to process it quite quickly!

What is the issue? Is it at the payment phase, i.e. You try process and then it goes wonk?
We have had an issue with the capacia on the back end that somehow does not let some people cards process the payment.
We are working on a Paypal barcode as an alternative. Will get back to you ASAP.
