2020's been weird.
The Club Constitution provides that an AGM be held in every calendar year. Usually a AGM of the Club would be held at some point in the summer after the end of season. Weighty matters would be discussed, serious contemplation of important issues would be undertaken etc. etc. then we'd all head off to Clan HQ for some more discussion.
The Constitution doesn't allow for an AGM otherwise than in person, and obviously that's not appropriate this year. Therefore, there will be a virtual club EGM on Monday the 28th December at 7.00 p.m. The constitution provides that two weeks notice has to be given for an EGM, hence the timing.
The only item to be on the agenda is to be confirmation that there will be no formal AGM this year, that committee members remain in place, and that we intend to hold an in-person AGM for the calendar year 2020 as soon as is possible.
