It'd be a nice touch, alongside a minutes silence maybe at the kickoff whistle, our Leinster visitors will definitely join in (they were the first to propose this before being borrowed by MF.com, for their home game this weekend (if any of the Irish provincial games go ahead).

Must say not a fan of the minutes applause, always think a minute of silence and reflection is far more powerful and meaningful in these circumstances as nowadays absolute silence is such a rare and precious commodity in our busy and generally pretty selfish lifestyles.

Saw this idea posted elsewhere

To pay our respects to the late Nevin Spence, father and brother, might it be an idea to sing Stand Up for the Ulster Men prior to our next home game against Leinster on Friday the 28th. There will probably be a minutes's silence so we could sing it after that. It's only a small gesture but it would be a nice way to show our support to the family and Ulster Rugby during this tough time
