Old scores are carried over as are points for getting within 5 pts of the final score, but the bonus point for getting the closest score isn't. That's the SG rules. Don't blame me!

It's a private pool and won't show up on the search engine, so the only way to know about it is via the clan site. In order to find it you need to use the code.

The Connacht Fans pool is all SG users who  have listed Connacht as their favourite team. To make things easier we could set up a Clan pool separately and make it a private pool.
