I agree...great motto, and yes...positivity whenever possible. That being said, what we do not need are the self-appointed SuperFans who blast anyone who makes a comment that they may deem to be not positive enough. I've already seen some of this ridiculous behaviour on the official Connacht Facebook page, and it's completely out of place. Need to strike a balance.

A Connacht is not just for the Xmas Inter-Pros...
A Connacht is for Life

This is a new motto from the branch. I like it, it puts a clear distance between our new outlook and the Oh Woe is Connacht! type approach that was often defaulted to in the past. However with such a brave new dictum, can we be expecting CBIRFU to continuously raise their game?
It's only fair I suppose that with our new stand, our new branding, our new sponsors, and our HEC season 1 approaching that we look at it positively for now. Once the season slog-fest begins though, and a couple of nearly-wins slip away, do we expect that the old "pity, pity, mercy, mercy" calls will return? At what stage will those be buried forever?
