I'm about 40/60 at this stage - due to one works drinks with my boss and one other works drinks with my girlfriend! However, if I can convince either party to head towards the PH or that area, I will definitely sneak off to watch the match. How late do you need to know? I am definitely up for watching matches if I can't make this one - I should be around for Zebre (H&A) and our home match to Biarritz - the other H Cup matches I will be at, and haven't checked the schedule for the Rabies League.

Just after getting back from a heavy weekend in Galway after the Leinster bateing. Heard the news re Elwood there. Gutted. Meas Mór, an fear Elwood.

sligsup I was planning to head down to the Porterhouse tomorrow after work for the game, they show the rugby downstairs in the basement. Going to be a really tough game but I am hoping we can get something out of it. If you're around I will be the idiot shouting at the TV.

Anyone heading down Swansea way tomorrow..??

Still very much in two minds, return train at £70 tickets and grub/beer for a possible shellacking...

Could be persuaded if anyone is taking a jammer down though and was looking for petrol money...

Have just booked train tickets for the 23rd Nov for Dragons away, had to book a half day with work it being on a friday but got the train tickets for £32 return. Leaving Paddington at 14.15 into Newport for 16.20ish and leaving Newport on the way back at 21:39 back to Paddington for around 23.30.

There are a few later trains available I just went with the cheapest option that fitted in with me taking a half day from work.

Had a look at the train options, but I'm out in the schticks so the 21.39 departure is the only one that would get me home before dawn. Having spent time in Newport on many occasions...

You're not missing out by missing out (if you know what I mean :S ).

It's as rare as hens teeth, that visiting supporters actually stay in Newport itself (usually Cardiff and train in and out for the game)...

I'm gonna be at a wedding in Ballina - but I was there last year. There was literally me and one other guy there supporting Connacht, but it was good craic and the crowd were sound. And we got the win! There is one good pub (pretty much just one) in Newport, Ye Olde Murenger House. Their club house is fairly sound too - you can grab dinner in there and all!
